Background Colours

Here is the palette for the background,
I can't remember the brush sizes but for the clouds I went to brush presets, ticked scattering ticked both axes, you can set both controls to pen pressure count is at is at 1 and count jitter is 0% (though I guess this all depends on the actual size of the brush).
